Cyber Awareness Campaign

about.

I played a diverse role in an engaging cyber awareness campaign for A.S. Watson's Cyber Security department, which aimed to adjust employee behaviors and reduce the potential cyber threats among 10,000+ global employees. We had a successful start in 2019 and adapted to the changing circumstances of the pandemic and work-from-home cyber threats by delivering timely-relevant campaign modules (2021).

Throughout the 2-year campaign, we aimed to create a set of communication tools through co-creation and execution in sprints. This allows having a good overview of the Pause, Think, and Protect campaign message, and rapidly progressing design work while receiving feedback from earlier sprints.

From Mr.Unsecure to Cyber Games

Character Design

Together with the design lead, we designed a ‘protagonist’, Mr.Unsecure (who is indeed ‘insecure’ too), two villains, and 2 cats as training companions.  Each character has a distinct personality that may remind us of someone we know, or even ourselves.

Cyber Games

As part of our efforts to promote incentives and track completion rates globally, we designed eight playful and effective E-learning modules. As the visual and mobile interaction designer, I was responsible for overseeing the design and preparation for implementation.

make it engaging.

In addition to informative animations and posters, we also designed sets of awareness assets that were circulated throughout the organization. These included trending mediums such as animated GIFs and stickers in social chatting apps, which were well-received by employees.
