Revamping the hiring set-up UX and how to mature it

Harver platform is a web app customising candidates' journey as the screening process, together with the matching engine, automation, and business insights for better and quicker hiring decisions. The product has been in an interim phase of co-existence of the legacy (on Angular code) and the new build (on React). Due to the modular architecture of the platform, it functions but has many workarounds. Many tasks require heavy training of the internal users to ‘babysit’ any hiring solutions, causing long delivery of B2B projects.
