Ink's Visual Archive
Design and Build a Internal Archiving Tool
This is a self-initiated project for internal use while being employed by Ink Strategy. Ink Strategy helps organisations achieve sustainable change by design. We use visual thinking as our default tool, yet the current archiving methods involve numerous clicks and laborious searching for composing an overview of selected projects. Thus, this visual archiving tool was designed and built to fulfill the needs of both business development and visual references.

Challenge.
After some ground research regarding the feasibility, I proposed the project to the colleagues and collected needs and wants from colleagues. We have two “offices” inside Ink Strategy, Change Office (focuses on facilitation and business development) and Design Office (focuses on providing design support and design of communication tools). The archive would serve as a reference portal to both offices, yet for achieving different goals.
